Based in the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Wachau Marathon attracts a lot of interest every year.

Wachau Marathon Route
Starting in Emmersdorf Runners follow a predominantly flat, point-to-point course along the route of the River Danube. They pass by picturesque vineyards and through quaint villages on their way to the finish line at Krems. With a lack of hills, it is ideal for runners looking to achieve a new PB.
