Mumbai Marathon Route
The race follows a flat coastal route, out-and-back and passing many famous monuments and areas of interest.

Runners start and finish at the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), a famous railway station that is now UNESCO World Heritage Site. From there they head north before turning south near the 13 mile point. Sites of interest along the wat include the Mahalakshmi Temple (one of the most famous temples in Mumbai) and the Flora Fountain ("a fusion of water, architecture and sculpture", depicting the Roman goddess Flora).
